  • With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, Mark is a seasoned business and legal affairs professional. Mark's experience includes serving as Counsel at Netflix, where he negotiated a diverse range of series development agreements for their original scripted series. He also led negotiations with studios for Netflix licensed projects, ensuring successful collaborations.

    In his earlier years, Mark was Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Fox21 Television Studios, a subsidiary of 20th Century Fox. During his tenure, he was responsible for managing business affairs and production legal for the cable division of Fox. He had the privilege of working on hit shows like Homeland, The Americans, Mayans MC, and shows for National Geographic.

    Mark's experience is not just limited to the established players in the entertainment industry. He also has startup experience, including working at the digital media startup Autograph, founded by Tom Brady. There, he focused on blockchain-enabled immersive experiences in entertainment, gaming, and sports, and managed the company's business partnerships in media.

    Based in Los Angeles, Mark is passionate about working with creative people and companies, particularly at the intersection of media and technology. He holds a law degree from UCLA School of Law with a Specialization in Entertainment, Media, and Intellectual Property Law and a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley. Mark is licensed to practice law in California.
